As you put pen to paper to begin a sketchnote, what goes through your mind?

What did I do to prepare? How will I know which layout to use? What if the speaker is too fast or boring or complicated? What if I can’t keep up with the drawings?

Professor Michael Clayton, an Associate Professor of Graphic Design from San Antonio, Texas, USA on tour through Bremerhaven, Hamburg and luckily, Berlin, will help answer these questions and many more as he discusses sketchnote strategies such as speaker/event preparation, listening for clues, understanding layouts, taking shortcuts when drawing.

This time the meetup will be on a Monday, since it is a very special event! Please share it with anyone who you think might be interested! And it’s going to be in English but we’ll be happy to assist with translations in small groups, as always.
